CEO & Property Manager
I purchased my first residential investment properties almost 20 years ago. After acquiring several, I found that managing these properties was becoming almost a full time job. Between maintenance, rent collection and addressing a wide variety of other tasks associated with managing residential rental units, I found that there wasn’t much time left for my previous job where I had been a senior security officer in our mental health sector.
I left that field and opened JDN Property Management Inc with the intent of using my heard learned experience and knowledge to assist others who were new to the residential rental investment business.
It has always been my goal to make my fellow landlord’s lives much more simplified and profitable so that they didn’t have to go through the same growing pains that I experienced.
I continue to remain vigilant about ensuring my landlord clients get the best possible support, along with the greatest return on their investment.
Property Manager & Licensed Paralegal
Born and raised in London, I’m very familiar with our community and surrounding arears.
After highschool, I graduated from our local Fanshawe College and entered the field of software development. I found the practice of developing logical solutions to complex issues to be very fulfilling. However, it was missing just one thing. People.
In my early 30’s I did an about face and abandoned the computers and the inherent safety of their logic and embraced Social Work. For many years I worked with many people on a wide range of issues and discovered the challenge of working through human-logic. I like to believe I was able to assist a large number of people move forward with better lives.
In time I found that I missed the challenges I experienced in the computer world, but also didn’t want to give up the benefits of working with people, and so in time I transitioned to legal work.
In short time, I completed another post-secondary program and secured my license as a Paralegal.
The move from there to property management was an easy one. I truly enjoy working with people to manage their investment properties; working with people seeking to find new homes, and problem solving some of the little challenges that develop along with that.
Administrative Assistant
I began working with property management companies several years back. I wasn’t particularly pleased with how that company was handling situations and after 2 years decided to move on.
I then graduated a paralegal program with a Westervelt College with the intent of seeking employment in a law firm.
An opportunity came up to work with JDN Property Management Inc. While a little reluctant at first given my past experience, I decided to give this field a second look and accepted the position.
I’ve been very happy with JDN’s approach to working with landlord’s and tenants alike. As a result I have remained with JDN for several years now and intend to continue doing so. I enjoy working with the staff, management and all of our landlord and tenant clients alike.

Born and raised in Freiburg, Germany, I completed my diploma in Business Administration Marketing at Fanshawe College here in London, ON.
Subsequently I worked as a realtor in Germany with top-tier companies such as RE/Max and Kölblin Immobilien. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in the rental market, which he now applies in his role as a rental agent at JDN Property Management.
Since joining the company in March 2017, I have been an integral part of the team and thoroughly enjoy working with my colleagues; landlord clients and tenant clients.
Maintenance Coordinator
I was born and raised on the East Coast, I am a friendly, down-to-earth, hands-on guy who works very well under pressure. From a young age, I learned the importance of attention to detail, problem solving and being efficient as my ‘fun’ was taking things apart and putting them back together, and I didn’t stop until it was mastered.
I have been working for JDN for over 7 years, starting as a subcontractor, and by using my true grit, strong work ethic, motivation, loyalty and dedication, I was able to take on, with pride, the positions that I hold currently.
I came to JDN with over 15 years’ experience in renovations, minor plumbing and electrical, mechanical knowledge, carpentry and general maintenance. Working for JDN has allowed me to expand on my already extensive skill set and has increased my confidence, knowledge and understanding.
I strive daily to make a difference at JDN, by being fair, honest, dependable, ambitious and reliable. I look forward to continuing to bring my skills, expertise and knowledge to all facets of JDN.
Leasing Agent
I began my career in much the same way that many people in my field did. I started with investing in residential rental properties. As I only had a few such properties starting out, I handled my own maintenance and upkeep. Along the way learning a great deal about how to fix almost anything. I also invested time into learning the municipal by-laws specific to residential rental units.
From there I decided to expand my maintenance skills by going into business for myself. When I’m not working on my own properties, I’m contracting my services to home owners and other property management companies.
This is how I came into contact with JDN Property Management. Much of the work I do now is focussed on assisting the great people at JDN with the various properties they manage. I am also the point man any time the City of London is interested in conducting inspections for the purpose of issuing Residential Rental Unit Licenses. I know what they are looking for and can ensure that properties pass such inspections without difficulty.
I have been an integral part of the JDN team for what seems like a lifetime now. The staff are great and very helpful and I am very happy to be able to share my expertise with them.
